"Do not order the ribs. They are not fall off the bone, they are "glued to the bone""
Two of us ordered the baby back ribs, which were listed as "fall off the bone". We couldnt even cut them with the steak knifes or pull them apart by hand. The waitress was great and brought them back to the kitchen, which is why I gave a two star review. We werent interested in another plate of them, which was probably good because we got the last two orders of them. They 86th after our order. This was on a Sunday around 2pm. We were a family of ten that my mom took us out to thank us all for the help we did for her. I felt so bad even telling the waitress, but my mom does not have alot of money and this is what she wanted to do for us. I have never told a waitress that the food was unacceptable, but this was something I could make at home and it would have been so much better.

"Great experience at LongHorn Springfield"
LongHorn Steak House in Springfield New Jersey is a restaurant that my family frequents often. It's one of our favorites! We had the opportunity to interact with the Manger Gordan. He was very approachable, personable, and overall pleasant. He always provide a warm welcome on arrival and checks on guest to make sure the experience is wonderful. We definitely recommend Longhorns in Springfield and a big thanks to Gordan and the entire staff.

"We ordered over $80 worth of to go food…"
We ordered over $80 worth of to go food from Longhorn Steakhouse on E. Lincoln Highway @4pm. Picked it up & returned home & found out two loaded baked potatoes were missing as well as an order of asparagus asparagus. Called & asked to speak w/the manager & after being put on hold for several minutes minutes was told she was "busy". Gave them my name & no. & asked for a call back. Two hours later no call back. NEVER again!

The Longhorn on Rte. 125 is
definitely on our menu. The welcoming, friendly employees were amazing, but a big “Shoutout” goes to the Manager, Michael, at The Longhorn on Plaistow Road (Rte. 125) and our server, Stephanie. A special occasion brought us to Longhorn as we were celebrating a family member’s finishing his chemotherapy, yay!
Stephanie’s impeccable timing, affable manner, bright smile, and efficient, professional service made our family get together fun and memorable. What made it even more awesome was Manager Michael stopping by our table to ensure that we had a perfect meal; we did! He demonstrated through his kind manner, his obvious culinary and supervisory skill, and his genuine empathy that he is someone who should and must be valued by The Longhorn, what a credit to your organization!! Please know that because of Michael and Stephanie’s attention to customer service and satisfaction, we will be making The Longhorn our regular “get together place” in the future. Please share this review with them. Thank you.

"Everything was wrong"
Everything was wrong ! The Bartender took liberties that were not hers to take . The Manager was not helpful . We will not be back , unfortunately , was our favorite local place for steak .

"I waited 30 minutes for an order I…"
I waited 30 minutes for an order I placed on the app and after the time they sent me a link saying it was ready. They also refused to answer the phone after I tried calling while holding about 10 to 15 minutes.
